Feeling unappreciated? Read this!
It feels so good to be appreciated. It’s amazing when someone notices all you’re doing and all you’re trying to do.
Who do you love to say these things to you? What do you want them to say?
Write this down, and then say them to yourself. Outloud. As often as you think of it.
This is such a fun exercise. It can feel a little silly or uncomfortable at first, but once you get over talking to yourself outloud, you’ll notice that you actually feel more appreciated, and you appreciate others more, too.
